Use Ructe (#327) 
All the template are now compiled at compile-time with the `ructe` crate.

I preferred to use it instead of askama because it allows more complex Rust expressions, where askama only supports a small subset of expressions and doesn't allow them everywhere (for instance, `{{ macro!() | filter }}` would result in a parsing error).

The diff is quite huge, but there is normally no changes in functionality.

Fixes #161 and unblocks #110 and #273

d8ca1d70b7 Fix CSRF issues 
GET routes are not protected against CSRF. This commit changes the needed URLs to
POST and replace simple links with forms.

Revert bad changes in the French translation 
I didn't look up how plurals worked with this i18n engine and I had the wrong belief that the zero in French was plural.

Improve French translation 
Consistently use infinitive for action strings (Commentez → Commenter).
Fix a few typos and simplify inclusive writing (aut⋅eur⋅ice⋅s → auteur⋅ice⋅s).
End more error messages with a period to make forms more consistent.
Translate previous page and next page.

001eb99091 Rename 'reshare' to 'boost' in templates and PO 
For now it might be enough to only reword 'reshare' to 'boost' in the
frontend. The code can continue to use 'reshare'.

Includes the most recent German translation.
